About Team Building Regatta
Our Team Building Regatta offers an exciting and unconventional way to strengthen teamwork, communication, and leadership—all while enjoying the open sea. It’s one of the most engaging and memorable corporate activities, combining learning, competition, and pure adrenaline.
Participants are divided into teams of approximately 5–6 people and begin their journey on shore. Each team chooses a name and takes part in a short but essential safety and sailing briefing led by professional instructors.
Once onboard, the real challenge begins.
Teams must quickly learn the basics of yacht handling and coordination, working together to control the sails, steer the boat, and make strategic decisions. Communication and collaboration are key—every role matters.
After the training session, teams enter the regatta race:
– Navigate through a marked course
– Round all buoys correctly
– Compete head-to-head with other teams
– Cross the finish line first
This is where teamwork truly comes to life. Under pressure, teams must adapt, lead, and support each other to succeed.
The fleet is based at the beautiful Limassol Marina, with activities taking place in Limassol Bay, opposite the Molos promenade area. The location offers calm and safe sea conditions, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced participants.
